Shipping Information

We offer five shipping options:

Rates below are based upon delivery of one game. All rates are based upon weight and destination and calculated at the time of your order. You will be able to see all charges to your account prior to completing your transaction.

We do not ship to international addresses.

U.S. Priority Mail, delivery in 2-4 business days to most domestic destinations for $4.60.
U.S. Mail Overnight Express, next day delivery to most, but not all, domestic destinations for $18.80.
Federal Express 2-Day, 4:30pm delivery in 2 business days to most U.S.cities for approximately $14.85.
Federal Express Standard Overnight, 3:00pm delivery to most U.S.cities for approximately $26.25.
Federal Express Priority Overnight, 10:30am delivery to most U.S.cities for approximately $29.50.

Federal Express charges an additional $12.50 for Saturday deliveries.

If you would like the signature requirement waived on a Federal Express delivery, please be sure to check the waive signature box when you place your order.

Orders received before 3 p.m. PDT are shipped the following business day.

If you need delivery by a certain date, please write us a comment in your order so that we can serve you better.

Remember, since we may need 24 hours to process your order we can't always guarantee overnight service.

Phone orders

For faster service, we recommend you place your order online. However, if you prefer to place your order by phone, call (650) 548-1039 during our business hours Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT. Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although shipping is only available on business days.

Tax

We are required to add 8.25% sales tax to all orders shipped to California addresses.
